Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site or get in touch, why we collect it, where it is kept, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, so that we can reply to you.
- We use analytics cookies only if you click Accept. If you decline, nothing is sent to Google.
- Your details are kept on our servers in Mumbai, India.
- We do not sell your details.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or remove your details at any time.
Who we are
FRS Luma Consultancy (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Our partner Pop Hasta Labs, London, builds and runs this website and the system we keep enquiries in, on our behalf.
This policy explains how we handle personal information under UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry
Our contact form and project forms ask for your name and a way to reach you: your email, phone number or WhatsApp number. They can also ask for your company, your city, what you want built, your budget range, when you would like to start, and your message. We also record the date and time you agreed to us keeping these details.
When you open the live demos
We ask for your name, email and phone number, and your company if you want to give it. You can also upload your logo: we read your brand colours from it to style the demo, and we do not keep the file.
When you answer one of our ads
If you fill in a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the details you entered — your name, the ways to reach you, and the answers to any other question that form asked — and they arrive in our own system straight away, where they are handled exactly like an enquiry sent through this website.
We also record which advert and campaign the form belonged to, so we know what you were replying to, and the date and time you submitted it — which is the moment you agreed to this policy on Meta’s own form.
If you become a client
We keep what we need to do the work and bill for it: contact details, project details, invoices and the documents we exchange. When you sign an agreement through our system, we record the name you type, the time, your IP address and browser, and a fingerprint of the document, as proof of what was signed.
When you browse
Our servers keep technical logs, such as the address a request came from and the page it asked for, to keep the site running and secure. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records which pages you visit and how you found us.
We do not ask for sensitive information, such as your health, religion or bank details. Please do not put it in a message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow it up, by email, phone or WhatsApp — because you asked us to, and agreed to us keeping your details.
- To prepare a proposal or an agreement, and to do the work if you become a client.
- To keep the site working and safe — for example, stopping forms sent automatically by software.
- To see how the site is used and which pages lead to enquiries — only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell your details, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Pop Hasta Labs, London — builds and runs this website and our enquiry system.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and its database on servers in Mumbai, India, and provides our email.
- Google — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta — if you contact us through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram.
- The partner who would do the work — we may pass your enquiry to Pop Hasta Labs for software, or to Sort Marketing for marketing.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to.
Where it is kept
This website and our enquiry system run on servers in Mumbai, India. Pop Hasta Labs, which runs them for us, is in London. Google and Meta may handle data in other countries, including the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in touch with you about your enquiry and any work that follows. Records the law says we must keep, such as invoices and contracts, are kept for as long as UAE law requires.
If you ask us to remove your details, we take your name and contact details off our records.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. We use as few as we can:

Two more things are kept in your browser, though they are not cookies: frsl-consent remembers your cookie choice until you clear it, and frs-seen plays the opening animation once per visit.
If you click Decline, the site does not contact Google at all, and works exactly the same.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- remove your details;
- stop using your details for a particular purpose.
Where we rely on your agreement, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not undo anything we did before you withdrew it.
To ask, use the details under Contact us and say it is a privacy request. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Keeping it safe
Every connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Only named members of our team, each with their own sign-in, can see enquiries, and the database is backed up regularly. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your details protected.
Children, other websites and changes
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other websites, including our live demos, are covered by those websites' own policies.
When we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
